Tenshin Nasukawa takes on three opponents at RIZIN 28

Japanese kickboxing sensation Tenshin Nasukawa is tasked with defeating three opponents, all in the same night at RIZIN 28. The unusual bout was announced on Tuesday by the Japanese promotion.

Destroying all competition that has been put against him, Tenshin boasts an undefeated record of 41-0 in kickboxing with 30 of them coming by way of KO/TKO. Up against him in the special contest will be; Koki Osaki (24-5-0-1, 15 KO) who will face Nasukawa in the opening fight, Hiroya Kawabe (33-17, 20 KO) in the second, with a mysterious ”Mr. X” ending the contest. The identity of the aforementioned ”Mr. X” will not be revealed until the fighter walkout leading many fans to speculate the fighters identity.

Each fight will be three-three minute rounds with a three-knockdown rule in effect. The bout will also be held under a special rule set meaning kicks will not be allowed but fighters can throw superman punches and spinning backfists to one another. If Tenshin is stopped by any of the opponents, the entire special contest will end, making the challenge even bigger for the 22 year old.

Tokyo Dome, Tokyo will be the battleground for RIZIN 28 which also features the opening round of the anticipated Bantamweight Grand Prix, along with a lightweight title fight between Tofiq Musayev and Roberto Satoshi. You can see the official card below:
