Fans disgusted at inter-gender MMA fight in Poland

Battle between the sexes sees a brutal KOs for the male victors against female opposition. The mixed MMA fights were part of the MMA-VIP3 event in Poland, hosted by Marcin Najman, a former MMA fighter for KSW, FAME MMA and a pro boxer. Both fights saw easy victories for the male competitor.

In the first fight, Piotr Lisowski defeated his female opponent Ula Siekacz via TKO. Lisowski dominated the fight, performing a judo throw on Siekacz before mounting her and finishing her with some brutal ground and pound.

In the second mixed bout, there was a dominant first round TKO victory for Michał Przybyłowicz against his female opponent Wiktoria Domżalska. Przybyłowicz made use of his physical advantage by letting loose a string of punches that his female opponent could not defend, causing the referee to stop the fight.

MMA fans were disgusted on social media by the bouts and rightly so. We are in a time of increasing acceptance and tolerance and that is a great thing, but the differences between male and female bodies exist and it is extremely dangerous to play these games. Thankfully, nobody was seriously injured in these bouts, and hopefully this sort of event won’t happen again. However, with some MMA promotions willing to do whatever it takes to get them enough exposure, surely this won’t be the last we see of these barbaric bouts.
