Tom Breese (13-3) will defend his Levels Fight League middleweight title in the main event of LFL 5 on June 26. He welcomes the challenge of Egypt’s Ahmed Sami (7-1) who enters this title challenge on a six-fight win-streak.
Breese won the title at LFL 4 in March with an impressive one-arm rear-naked choke submission win over Brazil’s David Ramires. This was the UK fighter’s first fight since leaving the UFC after a six year run in the promotion. The 30-year-old will be aiming to make a successful title defense to continue his comeback.
The co-main event of the event will see the inaugural LFL lightweight champion crowned as Dutch based Albanian Manuel Gaxhja (7-0) faces Bellator veteran Akonne Wanliss (5-2) in what promises to be an explosive affair!
LFL 5 will be available to watch live around the world on LFLMMA.com on June 26!
