EMC 10: European standout Lom-Ali Eskiev set for promotional debut
By
VM StaffElite MMA Championship (EMC) are pleased to announce that top European featherweight, Lom-Ali Eskiev, will be competing at EMC 10 next month. It will be the first time that the German has fought at home in over five years and he is intent on giving the partisan crowd a performance to remember. An opponent will be revealed in due course.
The blockbuster event, which celebrates EMC’s milestone tenth outing, takes place on Saturday 24th September at Castello Düsseldorf and will be the most stacked card in the European promotion’s history.
Lom-Ali Eskiev (19-5, 1NC) is currently riding a four-fight winning streak and most recently defeated UFC veteran, Damian Stasiak, last December. He has long been touted as one of the most talented athletes at UFD Gym and has finished ten of his opponents in the very first round. The 30-year-old holds a decision win over current EMC featherweight champion, Fabiano Silva, from back in 2017 and he has competed for some of the biggest organisations across the continent, including KSW and ACA.
Elsewhere on the card, the aforementioned Fabiano Silva (32-14-1) will defend his EMC featherweight title against dangerous striker, Bekhruz Zukhurov (16-5), who has a frightening 88% finishing rate. Five-time boxing world youth champion, Deniz Ilbay (2-0), hopes to earn his third victory in a year since transitioning to MMA and Islam Dulatov (7-1) returns to the promotion fresh off a first-round knockout win over Kleverson Sampaio at BRAVE CF 61. Konrad Dyrschka (14-2, 1NC) and Ahmed Abdulkadirov (8-1) are also scheduled to compete on the loaded event. Their opponents and additional matchups will be announced in the coming days.
