Levels Fight League 6 | Blockbuster Event Goes Down Sunday

This Sunday, October 2, the biggest Levels Fight League card in the promotion’s young history will take place, Levels Fight League 6. The fight card is littered with former Glory kickboxing champions, top rising prospects, international stars, and will topped off by title fight to crown the first ever LFL welterweight champion.

Local Dutch hero Melvin van Suijdam (12-5) will clash with KO artist Liam Etebar (8-1) in the min event of the evening with the winner becoming the inaugural LFL welterweight title holder. Hailing from the UK, Etebar made a splash in his LFL debut with an incredible ten second KO while van Suijdam is aiming for this fight to be a defining moment in his ten year career fighting.

Former Glory middleweight champion Jason Wilnis (2-1) returns to the promotion after his exciting fight in KSW and faces former LFL middleweight title contender Ahmed Sami (7-2) in the co-main event. Wilnis, who is famously known for his wins over Israel Adesanya, Alex Pereira, & Simon Marcus, will need to be on top former against the Egyptian who gave Tom Breese a tough time in their title fight at LFL 5.

Murthel Groenhart (2-0), the former Glory welterweight champion, continues his rise through the ranks in his MMA career and faces Poland’s Max Siewruk (1-1). With wins over the likes of Troy Jones, Cédric Doumbé, & Harut Grigorian in kickboxing, Groenhart has looked impressive thus far in his MMA career with back-to-back wins in LFL including a flying knee finish in his last fight at LFL 4 back in March.
