Jack Shore, “We’re coming out firing this year”

With a new career chapter ahead of him, Jack ‘Tank’ Shore is ready to remind everyone what he is all about.

With a new year brings a new challenge for the Welshman as he moves up a weight class after making his name at bantamweight. The featherweight division presents a new list of names, new rankings to climb and a new and improved version of the ‘Tank’.

Speaking to VMTV, Jack Shore shared where he’s at physically and mentally, promising a big 12 months ahead:

“I’m feeling fitter & stronger than ever heading in 2023, I’ve had a much needed rest to sort some injuries and more importantly I’m back in love with training and fighting again. Line them up at 145 because we’re coming out firing this year.”

Following his 16-fight unbeaten start to his professional career, Shore tasted defeat for the first time in the Octagon when he faced Ricky Simón in July. With time to learn from the experience and heal up, fans have eagerly anticipated news of his return.

With UFC 286 in London coming up in March, it would make a lot of sense for the Jack Shore army to make the trip over to the big smoke for his debut in the talent-stacked featherweight division.
