“Fabricio is a beast!” – Demetrious Johnson Outlines Admiration For Fabricio Andrade With Joe Rogan In Video Posted By ONE Boss

VM StaffONE Flyweight MMA World Champion Demetrious Johnson pays close attention to everything that goes on in ONE Championship, and he has taken a shine to bantamweight MMA king Fabricio Andrade.
“Wonder Boy” will look to become a two-sport World Champion in the main event of ONE Fight Night 16 this Saturday, 4th November, when he takes on divisional Muay Thai king Jonathan Haggerty for the vacant ONE Bantamweight Kickboxing World Title inside Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
This week, ONE Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong shared a video online of MMA pundit and UFC commentator Joe Rogan praising the world’s largest martial arts organization, and in it, he and “Mighty Mouse” discuss ONE’s presentation of multiple combat sports, namely Muay Thai, as well as Andrade’s fighting talents.
“Fabricio Andrade – that guy is a f***king beast, man. He’s nasty. That fight against John Lineker, he was putting the boots to him,” Demetrious Johnson said on The Joe Rogan Experience.
“I really like Andrade. I really, really do. I think it’s the way he comes out and fights. He pushes the pace, he takes risks.”

In just over three years, the Brazilian has gone from a promotional newcomer to ONE Bantamweight MMA World Champion.
His unbeaten run of seven bouts has featured four knockouts, and it culminated in capturing the vacant divisional crown against John Lineker this past February at ONE Fight Night 7.
If “Wonder Boy” can capture a second World Title against Haggerty this weekend, he’ll enter rarified air as a two-sport titleholder.
Fans are divided on whether he can do so against a striking talent like “The General.” But with the combined Muay Thai and kickboxing record of 40-3 he amassed prior to switching to MMA, coupled with the support he has from superstars like Johnson, there’s every chance he can leave Lumpinee with kickboxing gold.
