ONE: BATTLEGROUND results: Aung La N Sang scores brutal KO, Prajanchai takes title
By
VM StaffThe ONE: Battleground results are in as the event went down today in Singapore with a stacked card, including the return of fan favourite Aung La N Sang and a strawweight Muay Thai title fight between Sam-A Gaiyanghadao and Prajanchai.
In the main event the Muay Thai strawweight title was on the line as challenger Prajanchai caused the upset defeating Sam-A via majority decision ending his four-fight unbeaten streak.
Aung La N Sang enjoyed a successful return to the promotion, finishing opponent Leandro Ataides via a brutal first round knockout! With his opponent pinned against the cage, Aung La N Sang landed a hard knee to the body before unloading with hooks sending his opponent to the canvas! La N Sang was coming off back-to-back losses to Reinier De Ridder prior to this bout so a win will definitely get ”The Burmese Python” back in sights of a title shot.
